Elle entra\u00eene une paralysie progressive des muscles volontaires, impactant la capacit\u00e9 de bouger, parler, manger et respirer.<\/p><h2><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Diagnostic<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le diagnostic de la SLA est complexe et repose souvent sur l&rsquo;exclusion d&rsquo;autres maladies.<\/p><p>Les m\u00e9thodes de diagnostic incluent :<br \/>&#8211; Examen clinique et neurologique : \u00c9valuation des signes et sympt\u00f4mes.<br \/>&#8211; \u00c9lectromyographie (EMG) et \u00e9tudes de conduction nerveuse : Tests mesurant l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique des muscles et des nerfs.<br \/>&#8211; Imagerie par r\u00e9sonance magn\u00e9tique (IRM) : Utilis\u00e9e pour exclure d&rsquo;autres maladies et observer les changements dans la moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re.
